[iText-questions] CSS backgrourng images are not captured in PDF

My CSS is applied to the PDF but the background images are not. any idea?
HTML looks fine

url("Loading Image...") repeat-x
scroll 0 0 rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);

margin-bottom: 5px;
